BA COAT RS-3K
BA Coat RS-3K cationic bitumen emulsion is an emulsified asphalt containing 65% bitumen. It is a high viscosity emulsion used mainly for surface dressing.
BA Coat RS-3K bitumen emulsion can also be used in grouting (penetration madacam) and maintenance works.
BA Coat RS-3K cationic bitumen emulsion is made according to Malaysian Standard, MS 1.61. (1994) : Grade RS-3K. It is also equivalent to American Standard ASTM D2397 : Grade CRS-2 and British Standard, BS 434 Part 1: Class K1-70

APPLICATION
BA Coat RS-3K cationic bitumen emulsion can be applied cold in most cases except for spray applications where it is normally heated to 50°C. The rate of spray varies according to the type of application.
